Peace Be Still…

✨ Peace Be Still

Key Scriptures

  • Isaiah 26:3 – “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
  • Psalm 119:165 – “Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.”
  • Proverbs 16:7 – “When a man’s ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.”

Devotional

I met a young lady who had been facing intense spiritual warfare and persecution after she had a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ. Her testimony reminded me of 2 Thessalonians 1:4–5, which tells us that the trials and persecutions we endure are a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God.

In other words, the very fact that she was under attack was proof that she belonged to Christ, and that her life was now evidence of His righteousness. The enemy—the devil—will always use schemes, agents, and spiritual attacks against the emotions, mind, and will of God’s children to steal their peace and try to take control.

But peace is our inheritance in Christ. The key is learning spiritual warfare—not through fear, but by standing strong in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10–18) and using the spiritual weapons He has given us.

Reflection

Peace doesn’t mean the absence of conflict—it means the presence of God in the middle of conflict.

  • Isaiah 26:3 reminds us that peace comes when our mind is stayed on God.
  • Psalm 119:165 teaches us that loving God’s Word shields us from offense and traps.
  • Proverbs 16:7 gives us hope that even enemies cannot touch us when our ways please the Lord.

So when the warfare rages, the key is not to look at the storm but to look at Jesus, the Prince of Peace, who speaks: “Peace, be still.”

Prayer

“Lord, You are my peace. Help me to call on You during the chaos and noise. When the enemy tries to steal my peace, remind me of Your promises. I declare Psalm 29:11 over my life: ‘The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.’

Keep my mind stayed on You, help me to love Your Word deeply, and cause even my enemies to be at peace with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Stay Faithful to Christ

Stay Faithful to Christ

In these last days, we must open our eyes to the deception around us. The Bible warned us that false prophets and false shepherds would rise up, performing signs and building platforms to mislead the people of God. Sadly, many churches today are not being led by the Spirit of Truth but by the spirit of greed, witchcraft, and manipulation.

These leaders claim to serve God publicly, but behind the scenes, they are serving themselves. Some are tied to covens, false religions, or ungodly practices, yet they stand in pulpits as if they are anointed. Their goal is not to shepherd the flock but to use the church to fund lavish lifestyles.

🚩 Examine Your Church

  1. The “Touch and Fall Out” Show
This staged performance is passed off as the power of the Holy Spirit. But the Spirit doesn’t need theatrics to prove Himself Because He is sealed in all believers. We are sealed by the Spirit at salvation (Ephesians 1:13). The true anointing transforms lives, not entertains crowds. Not all fake churches do the fall out show some have church and not believe Jesus rose from the dead. They acknowledge Jesus but not as the Christ (anti-Christ).
  2. Pastor Worship (Idolatry)
Romans 1:25 says some worship the creature rather than the Creator. Anytime the pastor receives more honor than God, anytime people are taught to depend on the leader more than Christ, you’re seeing idolatry in action. A true shepherd always points back to Jesus. Or anytime the people honor the leaders before honoring God.
  3. Endless Donations and Empty Promises
When a church pressures its people with constant offerings and boasts about all the “good works” they do, beware. Jesus said: “But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing” (Matthew 6:3). True generosity doesn’t need advertising.
  4. Selling Altars or Spiritual Items
The finished work of the cross cannot be bought or sold. Christ already tore the veil (Matthew 27:51). When you see “personal altars” or holy access being sold, know that it is a scam and not the Gospel or it could be a way the church leaders are using to astral project or send other demons into your home through an altar purchased by them.

🔥 The Call to Remain Faithful

It is not easy to stand firm when surrounded by deception. Some of these false leaders will target true believers because the real anointing exposes the counterfeit. But we are called to endure.

The Lord says in Revelation 2:10:
“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

God is watching how we endure. The crowns are not for those who chase signs and gimmicks, but for those who remain steadfast in Christ.

James 1:12 says:
“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.”

And when our race is finished, the true Shepherd will reward us—not with empty promises, but with glory that never fades.

1 Peter 5:4 says:
“And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.”

✨ Final Warning

If you find yourself in a place where the pastor is worshipped, where money is demanded, where theatrics replace the Spirit, and where gimmicks replace the Gospel—run. God is not mocked. He is raising up a pure remnant, sealed with His Spirit, to worship Him in spirit and truth.

Stay faithful, stay watchful, and keep your eyes on Jesus. He alone is worthy of your worship, and He alone will reward you in the end.

Prayers for Strength and protection in the face of Persecution

Prayers for Strength and Protection in Times of Persecution

All over the world, Christians are being persecuted for their faith. The Bible told us this would happen, but it also promises that God will strengthen us, provide for us, and reward us if we remain faithful.

And not only that but 2 Thessalonians 1:2-5 confirms that if we face persecution and tribulation it is because God has already judged us righteous. So persecution is a manifest token of that righteous judgement. This happened to Jesus also and when we walk with Him we have to take up cross and walk with it learning warfare, and pray without ceasing.

When the attacks come—whether it’s persecution, witchcraft, intimidation, or rejection—we must stand on the Word of God and pray His promises back to Him.

Here are prayers you can use, with scripture, for strength, discernment, provision, and protection.

🙏 Prayer for Strength

Scripture: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (Philippians 4:13)
Prayer:
Lord, strengthen my heart and body to endure the trials before me. I declare that my weakness is made perfect in Your strength (2 Corinthians 12:9). I will not faint, for You are the strength of my life (Psalm 27:1).

🙏 Prayer for Discernment

Scripture: “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God.” (1 John 4:1)
Prayer:
Father, give me eyes to see and ears to hear. Expose every lie and counterfeit around me. Lead me into all truth by Your Holy Spirit (John 16:13). Help me to discern good from evil and to follow Your voice only.

🙏 Prayer for Strong Backs and Endurance

Scripture: “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life.” (James 1:12)
Prayer:
Lord, make my back strong to carry the cross You’ve called me to bear. Let me not grow weary in well-doing (Galatians 6:9). Strengthen me to endure, and keep my eyes on the crown of life You’ve promised.

🙏 Prayer for Provision

Scripture: “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
Prayer:
Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, I trust You to meet every need. Protect me from lack and from fear of lack. Provide bread for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, and resources for every believer standing firm in persecution.

🙏 Prayer for a Wall of Fire Protection

Scripture: “For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” (Zechariah 2:5)
Prayer:
Lord, surround me and all persecuted believers with Your wall of fire. Let every demonic arrow be burned up before it reaches us. Be the glory in our midst, keeping us safe in body, spirit, and mind.

🙏 Final Encouragement

Remember: the trials you face are not in vain. The Bible says in Revelation 2:10:
“Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

And when the Chief Shepherd returns, “you will receive the crown of glory that fadeth not away” (1 Peter 5:4).

Stay strong, believer. Receive your crown.

The Five Crowns Promised to Believers

One of the most encouraging truths in Scripture is that our faithfulness to Christ is not in vain. The Bible speaks of five crowns—eternal rewards given to believers who persevere, serve, and remain steadfast in their walk with God. These crowns remind us that while salvation is a free gift, our labor in the Lord will also be honored.

1. The Crown of Rejoicing – 1 Thessalonians 2:19

Often called the “soul-winner’s crown,” this reward is given to those who lead others to Christ. Every person who comes to faith because of your witness will be a source of eternal joy and celebration in God’s kingdom.

2. The Crown of Glory – 1 Peter 5:4

This crown is promised to faithful shepherds—pastors, teachers, and leaders who care for God’s people with humility and dedication. It is the Lord’s way of honoring those who serve His flock well.

3. The Crown of Life – Revelation 2:10

Sometimes called the “martyr’s crown,” this reward is given to those who endure trials and persecution for the sake of Christ, remaining faithful even unto death. It reminds us that suffering for the gospel leads to everlasting life.

4. The Imperishable Crown – 1 Corinthians 9:24–25

Unlike earthly trophies that fade, this crown is for believers who run the Christian race with discipline and self-control. It is awarded to those who resist sin and live for eternal priorities rather than temporary pleasures.

5. The Crown of Righteousness – 2 Timothy 4:8

Paul speaks of this crown as the reward for those who long for Christ’s return and live faithfully in anticipation of His coming. It belongs to all who keep the faith and endure until the end.

Living with Eternity in View

These crowns are not for boasting but for laying at Jesus’ feet in worship (Revelation 4:10–11). They remind us that every act of obedience, every prayer, every moment of faithfulness matters. Let us live today with our eyes on eternity, knowing that the Lord Himself will reward those who love Him and remain faithful to the end.

Break the Chains of bondage Lord

Since I was exposed to the world of people being in bondage to forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, spiritual , mental, emotional, physical, abuse and torment, I find it my duty to help others the same way the Lord has helped me (2 Corinthians 1:4).

As I glared at the news of the take down of the pastors who were arrrested for human trafficking, money laundering, forced labor and the like all that comes with ministries that is set up only for the purpose of money to provide their lavish lifestyle, I was appalled and all I can do is thank God for such a sudden move He made in bringing people justice to an unjust situation. Just like Haman in (Esther 7) who plotted to kill Mordecai and all the Jews who had done nothing to him. He just hated them and wanted them in bondage and destroyed for no reason, and God turned it around suddenly, the same gallows that Haman built for Mordecai to be hung on, he was hung on them in His place. See how God moved that around so suddenly. That is exactly how God will move in every unjust situation when we cry out to Him instead of trying to take matters into our own hands.

I myself have been praying for others while praying for myself against false leaders who take advantage of people who they think are weak and insufficient. But the Bible says in (1 Corinthians 1:27) that God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty, and the base things of the world, and things which are despised, God has chosen, yea and the things which are not to bring to nought the things that are.

My heart goes out to those still stuck in the situation of bondage because some do not have the courage to walk away. The fear the threats and abuse enough and are too scared to leave but God will make a way of escape and He will raise someone for the cause. I feel it is my duty to intercede for others maky the God of peace soon crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20).

Lord knows I witnessed it first hand and I pray with a humble heart. God had to do a work in me for me to be able to forgive people and now my heart just reaches out to those who are crying out to God for liberation. May God give you the courage and the strength to walk away and let God work in your life to heal all those wounds. Because the type of deception that is done in those places, it will make some people want to turn their backs on God. But I am a living witness that God will destroy your enemies and cause you to rule over your oppressors just like he did for the victims of those pastors who were arrested. Now the sceptor is in the hands of the victims(Isaiah 14:2). The Bible says that the rod of the wicked shall not rest on the land of the righteous (Psalm 125:3) Please intercede in prayer with me for those who are still in bondage.

In the name of Jesus Christ,

Father, I lift up to You those who are bound, oppressed, and forgotten. You are the Lord who sets captives free (Isaiah 61:1), who hears the cries of the afflicted (Exodus 3:7), and who delivers with a mighty hand.
In the name of Jesus, I intercede for victims of injustice, abuse, and bondage. Break every chain, Lord, just as You broke the chains of Paul and Silas in prison (Acts 16:25–26). Let the oppressed go free and every yoke be shattered (Isaiah 58:6).
Father, raise up justice where there is corruption, protection where there is exploitation, and hope where there is despair. You are the defender of widows and father to the fatherless (Psalm 68:5). Lord you makes ways of escape for those who have lost hope, restore their hope O God.
I declare Your Word over them: “The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble” (Psalm 9:9). May Your light shine in the darkest places, and may every victim know they are not forgotten, but loved by You.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.

To those who are still looking for the way out please seek the Lord and He will answer you when you search for Him with all of your heart.

Spiritual Warfare Prayer

In spiritual warfare we need to put on the whole armor of God daily Ephesians 6:10-19. It is like getting dressed lest you leave out naked which is something that will not be pleasant because the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour 1 Peter 5:8.

When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior we have to know our identity in Christ and part of that is knowing that You are the righteousness of God in Christ 2 Corinthians 5:21. And as you set your mind on things above and not on things on earth, the old you is dead and your new life is hidden with Christ in God Colossians 3:2-3.

We have to whole heartedly seek the kingdom of God so that all He has for our lives will be added to us Mathew 6:33, praying without ceasing 1 Thessolonians 5:17, and submitting ourselves to God causing the devil to flee James 1:7. For the Lord God is a sun and shield, no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly Psalm 84:11.

We have to have self-control so that we are not like a city whose walls are broken down Proverbs 25:28 and now we make these prayer declarations…

In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that I am not a broken city without walls. My spirit is under the rule of the Holy Spirit, and I have self-control through Christ.

I declare Isaiah 60:18 over my life and my walls are Salvation and my gates are Praise. No destruction, no witchcraft, and no fear will enter my borders.

I declare Zechariah 2:5, over my life and the Lord Himself is a wall of fire round about me, and He is the glory in my midst. Every demonic power that tries to enter through me is stopped and blocked by the fire of God.

I shut every false gate and I revoke every assignment that tries to use me as an entry point. Only the Spirit of the Living God has access to me.

I declare my atmosphere belongs to Jesus and my spirit, soul and body are all sealed by His impenetrable blood. And I declare Jeremiah 1:18 over my life. I am a fortified city, an iron pillar and bronze wall to stand against the whole land. No matter what it feels like, no matter what it looks like, I walk by faith, not by sight 2 Corinthians 5:7. I am protected, I am justified and I have peace with God through my Lord Jesus Christ Romans 5:1.

In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen

Repent! that your sins may be wiped away. Acts 3:19

Have anyone ever tried to get to Heaven through the back door? Then when all hell broke loose you ever wondered how things had gotten so bad to the point you became desperate enough to test God by going against the grain? Going in through that back door may seem like it yield quick results but I can tell you now those quick moments of pleasure don’t last and they are not worth your life. The problem with us in humanity is sin, the consequence of sin is death, and the solution to all of this is Christ. No matter what end of the stick you have found yourself in, Christ is the solution, and you must do your part to sincerely repent. You have to let God know Lord I am repenting for my iniquities. He wants us to confess and repent so he can forgive us for all unrighteousness. He wants to blot out all of our transgression and wash away all of our sin.

Some people don’y want to repent because they say they are not ready but the truth is you will never be ready. Who is ever ready to stop doing what they want to do? When we learn all that Christ sacrificed on that cross, and how He died so that we can live a righteous life, we should be eager to taste and see that the Lord is Good. Where there is no vision people cast off restraints. God requires the highest standards and unless we put Him first in our lives we hav’t reached that yet no matter how much money you have, no matter what size your house, or what car you drive. if you do not have Christ as your Lord and Savior it is a lost but we win in Christ.

Jesus came on earth through birth and He is aquatinted with our grief, He was crucified for our sins and he rose from the dead. That is the gospel in one sentence. We need to have a repentant heart. Nobody is perfect but when we start to see destructive things happening in your life, self-examination is always good to find out were is the drought. Jesus tell us if we drink from his well we will never run dry. “The kingdom of God is at hand” repent and out on the new creation in Christ that God has prepared for you.

When you have a repentant heart, you are the righteousness of God in Christ 2 Corinthians 5:21, and set your mind on things above and not on things on earth, for ye are dead (the old you is dead) and your new life is hid with Christ in God Colossians 3:2-3. I am telling the truth in love. No matter what the situation maybe nothing is too hard for God. We love Jesus Christ!
